LESSON PERIOD FEES:  Payment is due before the 1^st lesson of each 4 week Lesson Period. We offer and recommend Automatic Reoccurring Billing to our students at no additional charge to avoid interruption.

* Students must be paid current to retain their lesson time slot and take their lessons!

SUBSTITUTE TEACHER: Substitute teachers play a crucial role at SHJA in ensuring that learning and operations continue smoothly. Typically due to unforeseen circumstances, substitute teachers are sometimes assigned without prior notice.

RESCHEDULING: Reschedule within 2 weeks of a missed lesson with 24 hour prior notice.  We offer 1 reschedule per four 4 week lesson period, provided an open lesson time is available.   We can also instead live stream the lesson or email a video of the lesson to keep up progress.

ONLINE LESSONS: We offer live streaming lessons which can also be substituted for in person upon request.

REGISTRATION: Look for an email reply in one business day with availabilities based on your selected times.
